Research

Resilience is not a vague soft skill. It is a measurable and trainable strength, and our methodology is rooted in scientific research.

Scientific foundation

Evidence-based from the ground up

The ADAPT programme is built entirely on the PR6 model for psychological resilience, one of the most comprehensive and validated models in the field. WRC works with university researchers to continuously measure and improve the effectiveness of our interventions.

The PR6 model

Six domains of resilience

01

Vision

The ability to find direction and meaning, even in difficult circumstances. People with a strong sense of vision know why they do what they do.

02

Composure

Regulating emotions and staying calm under pressure. Those who are strong in this area keep thinking clearly and acting effectively, even in tricky situations.

03

Problem solving

The skill to think clearly under pressure and find creative solutions to complex challenges.

04

Health

Physical and mental energy as the foundation for resilience. Without good health, no one can perform sustainably or recover from stress.

05

Tenacity

Persevering with a realistic outlook. The combination of persistence and flexibility to push on through adversity, without stubbornly clinging to what is not working.

06

Collaboration

Strong social connections and the ability to give and receive support strengthen the resilience of both individual and team.
