World Resilience Consortium
Lasting resilience
begins with people
The World Resilience Consortium has set itself the goal of contributing to the resilience of 1,000,000 people by 2030.

Resilience despite adversity
Helping 1,000,000 people become more resilient by 2030. That is the goal. It is why we developed ADAPT: Advancing Despite Adversity Program to Thrive. A programme that helps people and teams keep growing under pressure.
With targeted interventions for employees, leaders and experts, the subject stays relevant and visible. Resilience becomes a fixed part of how the organisation works and performs.
Advancing
Purposeful growth and continuing to move towards a vision.
Despite
Resilience as something you actively develop, not only once problems arise.
Adversity
Resistance is part of it, these are the moments where we grow stronger.
Program
A continuous programme helps employees develop resilience.
To Thrive
The result of ADAPT. The ability to grow sustainably.

Our products
The ADAPT programme
Securing resilience within the organisation takes more than a one-off intervention. Our programme contains specific components for Employees, Leaders and Experts. A versatile programme developed with a wide range of blended interventions.
Our approach
Built on PR6
The ADAPT programme is based on the PR6 model by Jurie Rossouw. PR6 describes six domains that together determine how resilient people and teams are. When these domains are in balance, people can deal better with pressure, uncertainty and change.
