PR6 as the foundation of our approach

The e-learning modules use spaced learning for an optimal learning effect. The approach is based on McKinsey research into behaviour change, and they have been developed by specialists in Change and Learning & Development.

The modules connect seamlessly to existing learning management systems and offer a complete experience in which theory and practice come together. The varied formats and videos make for a dynamic and engaging learning experience.

Participants gain insight into the principles of resilience and use interactive content to strengthen and maintain their mental resilience. This makes ADAPT a valuable instrument for lasting personal and professional growth.
